Only Drivers Door Lock Works

There is not keyed lock on the passanger side door.

Tryed the key in the driver side door and turned once and the driver side door unlocked and then turned twice and all doors unlocked. I know it could be the actuator but also some other things have gone wrong i just don t know what those might be or what to test. The lock works when i use the key in the keyhole.
